Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions, credits, usage-based plans, and other purchases from Lytics Partners LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Lumear AI ("Lumear," "we," "us," or "our"), unless a separate written agreement or order form says otherwise.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting letschat@lumear.ai.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Any refund for the current billing period is handled under the refund rules below.
2. Refunds
Refunds, when available, are calculated on a pro-rated basis using unused time in the applicable billing period and/or unused consumption, credits, runs, or feature allotments for that billing period.
Consumed usage, completed runs, third-party pass-through charges, taxes, and amounts tied to accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our terms are not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact letschat@lumear.ai. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the account, billing period, and usage involved.
3. Usage-Based Fees and Credits
Usage-based fees and purchased credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire according to the terms shown at purchase or in your account. Promotional credits have no cash value and may be modified or revoked where permitted by law.
4. Trials
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial terms will be shown at signup or checkout.
5. Taxes
Fees do not include taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, and refunds may exclude taxes except where required by law.
