This Privacy Policy explains how Lytics Partners LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Lumear AI ("Lumear," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit lumear.ai, use our websites, apps, products, AI tools, APIs, software, and related services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We use retargeting, analytics, advertising, and similar technologies that may involve "sharing" personal information, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Payment card details are typically handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Lumear, except for limited billing metadata such as plan, transaction ID, invoice status, and the last four digits of a card where provided by the processor.

The Services may allow you to submit prompts, text, images, files, data, or other content ("Inputs") and receive AI-generated content ("Outputs"). We process Inputs and Outputs to provide the Services, maintain safety and security, troubleshoot, enforce our terms, and improve user experience.

We do not use your Inputs, Outputs, brand data, domain data, or AI responses to train Lumear models or third-party models unless you expressly opt in or separately agree in writing. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information to improve the Services, measure performance, and understand product usage.

We may send Inputs and related information to third-party AI infrastructure providers or model providers solely to provide and secure the Services, subject to vendor agreements. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, health information, financial information, biometric information, children's information, or regulated data unless your agreement with Lumear expressly permits it.

AI-generated Outputs and monitoring results can contain mistakes, outdated information, or incomplete summaries. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them.

4. Authorized Brand and Website Monitoring

If you ask us to monitor, scrape, summarize, or analyze a brand, website, domain, page, account, or other online property, we process the related content and metadata to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have explicit permission from the applicable brand, domain owner, website owner, account owner, or rights holder before submitting or authorizing any monitoring or scraping request.

We do not intend the Services to be used to monitor individuals, collect sensitive personal information, bypass access controls, or scrape third-party properties without authorization. If monitored website content contains personal information, we process it according to this Privacy Policy, our agreement with you, and applicable law.

8. Subprocessors and Service Providers

We rely on subprocessors and service providers to operate Lumear. Each receives only the information reasonably needed to perform its function. Public product-facing providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity, depending on the features and providers you select or the domains you add.

We also use infrastructure, authentication, payment, transactional email, background job, analytics, consent-management, hosting, and security providers. To avoid exposing sensitive operational details, we do not publish every infrastructure subprocessor publicly. A current list, including the categories of data each subprocessor receives, is available to customers on request and may be provided under NDA where appropriate. We will give existing customers reasonable notice before adding a new subprocessor whose role meaningfully changes how customer data is handled.

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. These technologies help us keep you signed in, secure the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, and, if enabled, deliver or measure advertising.
