Lytics Partners LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Lumear AI ("Lumear," "we," "us," or "our"), respects intellectual property rights and expects users of lumear.ai and our related services to do the same.
1. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploads, files, images, text, data, monitored websites, brand materials, and other content you submit or authorize us to process do not infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
AI-generated output may resemble existing content or may not be eligible for intellectual property protection. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, commercial use, or distribution.
2. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent.

3. What to Include in a Notice
Your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent. Your counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, the federal district court where Lumear is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
