Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of services provided by Lytics Partners LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Lumear AI ("Lumear"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
You may not use the Services to create, upload, transmit, facilitate, or distribute content or activity that falls into the categories below.
1. Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Activity
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, dox, intimidate, or target people or groups.
- Promote or facilitate self-harm, violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or exploitation.
- Generate or distribute sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual sexual content.
- Evade law enforcement, safety systems, access controls, or platform restrictions.
2. Deception, Fraud, and Manipulation
- Impersonate people or organizations without authorization.
- Mislead people about whether content is AI-generated where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
- Create scams, phishing, fake reviews, fake engagement, spam, or deceptive marketing.
- Manipulate civic, electoral, financial, employment, housing, insurance, credit, education, or legal processes.
3. Security Abuse
- Create, modify, deploy, or facilitate malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, botnets, or denial-of-service activity.
- Probe, scan, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the Services or third-party systems without authorization.
- Circumvent rate limits, safety controls, filters, billing controls, or usage restrictions.
4. Brand, Domain, and Website Monitoring
You may use the Services to monitor, scrape, analyze, or summarize a brand, domain, website, account, or online property only if you own, control, administer, or have explicit permission from the applicable brand, domain owner, website owner, account owner, or rights holder.
You may not use the Services to:
- Scrape, monitor, or analyze third-party properties without authorization.
- Bypass logins, paywalls, access controls, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, or other technical restrictions without explicit authorization from the property owner.
- Monitor, profile, track, identify, or target individuals in unlawful, deceptive, invasive, or harmful ways.
- Collect sensitive personal information or regulated data unless your agreement with Lumear expressly permits it.
Lumear may request evidence of authorization and may suspend or reject monitoring activity if authorization is missing, disputed, or legally risky.
5. Regulated or High-Risk Uses
You may not use the Services as the sole basis for decisions or advice in legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, criminal justice, biometric identification, or other high-impact areas unless your use is expressly permitted by Lumear in writing and includes appropriate expert review, disclosures, safeguards, and compliance controls.
6. Intellectual Property and Privacy
- Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Submit sensitive personal information, health information, financial information, biometric data, children's data, or regulated data unless your agreement with Lumear expressly permits it.
- Attempt to identify, profile, or track people in unlawful or harmful ways.
7. AI Output Review
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated Outputs and monitoring results before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to others, or using them for business decisions. You may not present Outputs as guaranteed, error-free, complete, professionally reviewed, or human-created unless that is true.
8. Enforcement
Lumear may remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, terminate access, report activity to authorities, or take other action if we believe this policy has been violated or if needed to protect Lumear, users, third parties, or the public.
